Hmpetsitting,
I am one of the many that frown upon purchasing Sugar Gliders from Flea Markets. There are an endless amount of reputable breeders who would be delighted to work with you. Their is a company that often sells Sugar Gliders at Flea Markets by the name of "Perfect Pocket Pets" or sometimes referred to as "PPP." They have a horrible reputation for breeding and selling their babies. I've heard complete horror stories of Sugar Gliders being bought from them and passing away "mysteriously" a day or two later. They also hand out completely wrong information left and right. They told my friend to feed her Sugar Glider a diet entirely composed of pellets. I've heard of very few stories of Flea Market purchases turning out well, people often regret buying them this way. Make sure you've done your research, it will most definitely pay off. You are very far from where I am located, however, sometimes people tend to travel so I will just make my offer. I have a sweet, hand-tame baby girl available in South Florida for $75. I do not ship, pick-up only. =) Good luck on your search and welcome to the Glider Community!
