this is my first set of twins and i dont want any inbreeding going on....

Yes dad will breed with the girls. Unfortunately males have no preference if they are related or not. Your best bet is to get dad neutered.

or get a new cage for the twins.

The female joeys should be seperated from Dad by the time they are 12 weeks oop. Or have dad neutered before then.
