The Priscilla Price Diet is the only proven diet which I strongly recommend. The recipe can be found by logging on to www.thepetglider.com and clicking on "Nutrition System." I freeze it in icecube trays and feed one cube per evening in addition to a tablespoon of yogurt, a tablespoon of fruits and a tablespoon of vegetables. They should also be fed plenty of live, large insects. Mealworms, Waxworms and Superworms are best. Crickets are alright but not a big favorite, they can also carry diseases.
Fresh water in both a bottle and bowl should always be available and changed each evening.

you need to read more about diets in general and choose the diet that works best for you. Which ever diet you choose - follow the recipe and feeding instructions for that diet. The diets are designed to provide gliders with the right amount of calcium in relation to the phosphorus in the diet. There should be a 2:1 Ca to P ratio or roughly twice the amount of Calcium as there is Phosphorus.

My web page in the signature has my calculator for figuring the Ca:P ratio for the diet you choose and the fruits and vegetables you feed with it.   There are links on the web page for the recognized glider diets so you can read about each one and decide which one will be the best one for you to make. Choose one, don't mix and match.

I feed HPW.  It is really easy to mix up.  I used to use BML, just as good, but my gliders were used to HPW.  I have never tried Pricilla's.

My vote is for HPW if I had a preferance.

Plus veggies and fruit, of course.

I have never tried HPW, the ingredients seem a little hard to get a hold of from what I've heard, plus I can't find a direct link to the recipe!!! However, definitely do more research. The diet I suggested was what works for me best, but, the same might not go for you. I did use BML, which worked great for a while. However, my Gliders got really bored of it and would never finish it so I did finally switch diets and I'm glad that I did!!! They love Priscilla's, maybe I'll give HPW a shot one of these days.
